OSHER-Frank W. Snell Memorial Scholarship

1. Students must have received the California College Promise Grant. 2. Students must have completed a minimum of 24 degree applicable units before being awarded 3. Recipient should also have a declared major in one of the following fields: Ethnic Studies, Social Sciences, or Nursing.
