Jonathan Werth (Memorial Scholarship)

Jonathan Werth (Memorial Scholarship)

Jonathan Werth was an avid photographer for much of his life. After attending multiple photography classes at Hartnell College, he was essentially an honorary Instructor’s Assistant! Jonathan combined his love of photography with his love of cars and motorcycles as a team photographer and head mechanic for the Leatherneck Motorcycle Racing Team.

Werth passed away just shy of the age 39. He is dearly loved, and greatly missed by all those who love him. Werth’s sister, Jill Jaehne, established this scholarship endowment to honor her brother and ensure that many photography students to come could achieve their dreams.
