If you are an Applicant or Scholarship Administrator having trouble signing-in, please make sure you are using Google or Google Chrome as this software works best when using that search engine. Due to the number of users accessing our various online systems, our servers are sometimes very busy and can block users from signing in for short blocks of time; please wait 15-30 minutes and try logging in again.

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). See Blackbaud ID for password reset instructions.

If you are signing in with SSO as a Reference, Reviewer, or Donor, go to the Admin and Applicant tab to log in.

I cannot remember my password: Password reset is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). If you have forgotten your password, visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address.
