’1. A graduate of a Salinas Union High School District school. 2. Has proven his or her determination to continue his education by maintaining a 3.0 or higher grade point average at Hartnell College. 3. Has been accepted to a four-year university 4. Is planning a career in the field of education. 5. Shows deep interest in his/her fellow man and improving the world as evidenced by positive community involvement, clubs, or personal activities.
